Treatments
The Spa Boise offers aesthetic treatments described on this site. Specific outcomes vary by client and are never guaranteed. Information on this site is general it is not a substitute for a personal medical consultation.
Booking, cancellation, and no-shows
Booking, cancellation, late arrival, and refund policies are described on our Cancellation & Spa Policy page. By booking, you agree to those terms.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is confirmed at consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards through our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Communications
When you provide a phone or email, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by call, text, or email. Marketing communications are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and branding on this site belong to The Spa Boise or our photographers and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Spa Boise provides treatments with care and to the standards of our profession. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our treatments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
