Before your visit

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You don’t need to know. Most clients come in for a consultation first we’ll talk through what you’re hoping for and build a plan from there, with no pressure to do anything that day.

How much do treatments cost?

Pricing varies by treatment and the product/units required. We share clear, itemized pricing during consultation and never up-sell from a chair.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

For most injectable visits: avoid alcohol, fish oil, and other blood thinners for 24–48 hours. For laser or resurfacing: stay out of direct sun for two weeks. We’ll send precise prep notes when we confirm your appointment.

During the appointment

Will I be able to drive home after?

For most visits, yes neuromodulators (Tox / Dysport / LETYBO), fillers, chemical peels, and PRP have no driving restrictions. For deeper laser work like CO₂ resurfacing, we’ll let you know in advance whether you should plan a ride home.

Will it hurt?

Most clients describe injectables as a quick pinch. We use topical numbing for laser and resurfacing treatments. Travis will check in throughout.

After

When will I see results?

Neuromodulators (Tox / Dysport / LETYBO): peak around day 10–14. Fillers: visible immediately, settled by week two. PRP and Sculptra: gradual over weeks to months. We send a personalized timeline with each plan.

What if something doesn’t look right?

Call us. If something isn’t right, we make adjustments at no charge. We want you to be happy.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice and no-shows are charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Full details on the policy page.
