Plain rules, fairly applied.
Reservations
Advance scheduling is recommended for the appointment you want. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation gift certificates may substitute for a card.
Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when you book so we can plan around them.
Cancellation & no-shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged in full.
You will not be billed unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Check-in & late arrivals
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Complimentary refreshments are available in the relaxation area.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so the next client isn’t held up. Full price of the scheduled service still applies.
Personal belongings
Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home. The Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Prices & services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are available in any amount and make a great gift. They cannot be returned, reimbursed, or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen certificates are non-refundable.
Treatment series
Treatment series purchases are non-refundable. We’re happy to exchange unused sessions for equal-value studio credit or products.
Spa specials
Spa specials cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or third-party gift certificates.
Product returns
If a product you purchased for home use is defective, we’ll exchange it within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Studio credit only no cash refunds.
